I just got an email from one of my favorite clients, Heather Co-Owner of Vie Fitness & Spa. Yes, all of our clients are favorites, but I know they’d admit that their businesses aren’t always as fun and exciting as Vie. 🙂

Martin was a game changer for our business. We used another marketing company in the past, and the difference is night and day. Martin is 100% invested in your success- he makes you feel like you’re his only client. His customer service and attention to detail is above and beyond, and more importantly- he’s effective! After 6 months of hiring Overflow, we had to hire an additional team member to help us handle all the inquires hitting our inbox.
One of the many things I appreciate about Martin is that he doesn’t treat your business like a checklist, instead, you are a project that isn’t complete until you’re fully satisfied with the results (Martin is definitely results oriented).
I also appreciate Martin’s balance of perfectionism. He is just enough of a perfectionist to get the job done right, but not so much of one that nothing gets done- he knows when enough is enough, and he doesn’t get stuck on a project that isn’t working. What’s especially unique about Overflow is that they take your business from start to finish- from marketing, design, writing, sales, follow ups, relationships. Sometimes Martin feels like a business coach- and he never crosses the line. He never comes across as bossy or as a “know it all”. His coaching is genuine and supportive. He genuinely wants you to succeed. To sum it up, Martin is all around smart, passionate, honest, authentic, and he has incredible work ethic. I’ve been in business for 13 years, and I’ve worked with many vendors and companies- Overflow is a rare gem. If you’re fortunate enough to work with Martin- never let him go!
